Most you`ve ever been down in one session?

Had a bad old run tonight,
kings getting cracked alot, overpairs, higher straights etc.

Down around 700 playing 50nl so i decided to come on and post this

Whats the most you`ve ever lost in a single sesion? Im guessing 700 isnt alot to many posters here , but it is to me :pac:

And whats a good way to stop once u suffered beat after beat

Oh jebus thats rough. How many tables were u playing and was much of it tilt? Iv'e never lost more that 3/4 bi's in one day but i normally stop if i get to this stage. What site u playing on btw?

thats pretty sick. I have a rule that when mutlitabling 3 tables if i loose 4-5 buyins i just pull out of the session, take it on the chin and have a break and then come back later to start a new session forgetting about the previous. I feel it stops you getting into the frame of mind that you are playing to win back the money you lost, which imo can lead to tilt.

I was down 400€ playing Super Turbos on iPoker last night and was pretty pissed off!!! Got 200€ back in the end.....but let's just say I wasn't nice to my opponents in chat

Maximum I lost online in one day was 500€.....played 3/4 of 100$ tourney, a 50€ rebuy, and 200$ for the "big one" and didn't cash in any of them!!! :eek:

I pretty much never look at my account when I lose so really don't know but doubt more then 5 buyins as I tend to quit in those situations. I never got the whole breaking even mindset

As someone else said, this is cheering me up no end. Cleared my cc of 6 grand in two weeks, had 3.5K credit on it after the session. Two weeks later, back up to 6K. D'oh. At least I paid for some stuff out of it.

I had a -8 BI session once in the middle of a 25BI DS. It was like the inner circle of hell.

I've had three 10 BI sessions. One at 50NL, one at 100NL, and one at 200NL. All were during 20-25 BI downswings.

ye was pretty bad, everytime i had 8s someone had 9s, everytime i hit a k high flush someone had the nuts etc just how it goes

however today with a clear head iv clawed back half of what i lost last night so im happy

I always find i tend to loose at the the start of my sessions and then come good halfway and near the end.

The hand i lost a huge pot in was the one i posted in that play along thread where I had O'Callagahan.

To be fair the majority of the 11.5k dollars was on mad tilt on blackjack
