Have any of you ever heard of the "Kegel" exercise?

Supposedly this exercise will strengthen your erection quality and make ejaculating a much more powerful experience.... anyone ever try this? Does it work?

So this is a Kegel exerciser...

Just read through the Wiki article and while men can use it, it is predominantly a woman's exercise.

    Also, 7 million per cent?

Absolute crap but an attention grabbing headline if there was ever one.

is this where you squeeze your muscles (not with your hand) as if your holding your pee for 15 seconds and release. its supposed to make you last longer.
