Hi all, I got the Vodafone Wireless BB and i found it sh*t. I brought it back today but it was the 15th day, so they say i'm locked into the contract for 12 months. They said the only way to get out of it was pay the full fee for the 12months. I contacted customer care and they more or less said the same. Any advice on how…

Hi all,

Fit for purpose is the important word here. If you can prove that the product is useless and not doing what it is intended to do, it is possible to cancel the contract. You are going to have to go into more detail than "****" though, whats sort of speeds are you getting with it?
