Just get the tax number of your employer and have your PPS number handy, you can do it over the phone in about 5 minutes.

When I was on that I downloaded a form off the website and got my employer to fill it in for me. Can't remember the name of the form

Its ten times easier to do it by phone. If you try do it on the net you have to set up loadsa crap accounts on the revenue site and have to wait for them to post out security pins and everything. Its done in 5mins on the phone

Oh my God, wreck the head stuff, that stupid website is. "Thank you for logging on to Revenue. Please type in your Pin code to continue" Type in code. "Thank you for logging on to Revenue, please call ... for your Access Cose". Ring and get access code sent out. Type it in. "Thank you for logging on to Revenue. Please sent a vial of fresh blood from a nearby stone to proceed."

Just ring them, or get your boss to. If you call them, you'll need your work's tax number.

    1890 333 425 - 9am-5pm or 10am-4pm iirc.

2 minutes' work. The'll take the words from your mouth they get it so often :D

(Also, nothing whatsoever to do with motor tax office OP - that's DCC, income tax is the Revenue Comissioners)
