Get the drops and just take it ll day in juice and tea - it's a super powerful herbal immune booster....

Scarves, lots of soup and rest.

    A hot whiskey.

Cloves, lemon, sugar, Jameson, and hot water. You will wake up next day feeling a million dollars.

    Bleed the disease out.
Ask an adult to help you slice a vein with some round ended scissors. Drain about 2 pints and you should feel fine by the time you get back from the hospital.

    Half a bottle of whiskey.
    Sleep.
Wake up with a hangover but cold gone.

    Remember kids, booze = medicine.

I always find the worst part of a cold to be a blocked or runny nose.
So I just take Sinutab, clears it right up.

    Proven fact!

Throw lemsip and 2 nurophen plus on top of that and you have a good friday night in :P

drink three bottles of red wine.

the hangover you suffer the next day will make your cold look minor.

For now: rest, fluid and heat.

For the future: lick Dart and bus poles; pub seats and litter bins to build up your immune system for next winter.

There is no remedy for the actual virus

Take a Vitamin-c drink and some Paracetemol to keep your temperature down

    and sleep

Benylin Cold & Flu is amazing!

2-3 litres of water a day (sip)
    Vitamin c (upto 1000mg/day)
    Lemsip or disprin

This is what a nurse advised me to take, felt the cold coming on last thursday, back to myself today - nose still a little blocked.
