    Looking at getting a GT Avalanche 1.0 2008 from www.chainreactioncycles.com , now I guess I need a med frame , 5'8 tall but would I be ok at that ?

    Gt frames seams to be a bit off with other companies

    A medium should be about right for you. I used to have a GT avalanche and I brought it from The Penny Farthing Bike shop on Camden street, it might be worth calling in there and checking the size and comparing prices.

    Well the price looks to be quite good at under 500 delivered , could you suggest a similar bike for sub 700 ?
