Quantum of Solace/Taken

    Over the past 2 months there have been two fantastic movies released - Quantum of Solace and Taken. However, which was the better movie?

    For me Taken came out the better. The new James Bond had the bigger budget, the better acting, and great set pieces, but pound for pound, punch for punch, Taken had the better action. I know some didn't like Taken - it had terrible lines sometimes and Maggie Grace annoyed the heck out of me, but when I walked out of it I can honestly say that I didn't care. It was a short movie with a lot of people getting killed/punched in the throat/hit against something hard. And it was enjoyable.

    While Quantum isn't a bad movie, it just wasn't all that .. entertaining. There were parts that I was just bored in.

    True.
    Taken was very entertaining...especially because it was a borderline comedy.

    So much pistol whipping...
