Who ate all the onions?

    I hate chopping them but they go into nearly every meal. So I was food shopping in Dunnes last night and Tesco this evening, but couldn't find any onions!

    I asked the shelf stacking guy if he could get some from the back but he said he hadn't seen any onions all week, except for red onions (yuk!). He said something about a worldwide onion shortage as I was walking away. :rolleyes:

    Was he talking sh*te or is anyone else missing onions?

    What the fck is with red onions?? I have to actually ask pizza places have they ruined their pizzas by putting red onion on them ... why cant they have both so we can have a choice? Red onions SUCK!!!!!!! Are they even natural? Bet they grow off trees!
