Thurles will be blocked for about 30 minutes this Saturday afternoon between 4 and 4,30pm when there will be a big Armistice parade around the square. There will be a large amount of vintage military vehicles and re-enactors from the Romans, Black and tans, IRA, British Army (WW1 and ww2)through to the Irish Army in the Congo. Its a great photo oppertunity so be there or be square.
