    Hi anyone know the best thing to remove oil spills from a driveway

    Thanks but what if the spil has been there for a few week and has left a big stain, how could I remove it

    Dig up the surface of the driveway then re-lay your tar/concrete or whatever.

    Washing up powder on stain + some hot water + agitate it with a hard brush. I have also heard of people using oven cleaner instead of the powder. Basically use a strong detergent and use loads of it with some water.

    get lots of hot water and washing up liquid with a deck scrubber and it will help a lot

    try dabbing it with a little chlorus, leave it a few hours & then use plently of water to wash off


    chlorus is sold under many trade names .. "milton" is probarbly the most used household version
