    hi,does anyone know where i can get a master system and some games with it?id love to play alex kidd again.

    Tried emulation?

    You can get a master system emualtor from www.zophar.net. Roms which are the game files are easy to find but it's against charter rules here to tell you where to get them from.

    Other than that try ebay or even a car boot sale. Alex Kid should be very easy to come across considering it was built into many master systems.

    your best bet is truly, charity shops they are the best for retro consoles.

    If you have access to a Wii you can download the games too it (I think they're about €5 each)

    to be honest you could get a ms and games for 5 euro. its not worth it the virtual console isnt that great.

    Keep an eye on adverts.ie There is always retro consoles popping up there.
