Is anybody else having problems logging into the playstation network? Its recognising my connection and ip but just wont let me log in. Its the same whether I try over the wireless or through the ethernet connection. This is happening since Friday.

did it succeed for the psn part when you ran check connection?

If so, do you get a message when it fails to log in on the psn, you may have been banned, thats all I can think of.

I can't check the psn network now, but it was working yesterday for me.

No it wont succeed for the psn. No messages just takes ages to check then says log in failed. There no reason why I should be banned. Must just be my end then so if noone else having a problem. i think a phonecall to my isp is in order. Thanks for the help lads.

Sometimes groups of people can't log on for around 12hours. It happened to me a few weeks back and I couldn't even log onto the playstation forums with my pc.
It was like it was an IP. ban from the entire network.

    Should be ok later on.
