I've been using an n5 card in my ds for the last year or so with no problems. Now any new games I try can't access the saved file. I have downloaded the new software but don't know what to do with it!!! Can someone help?

You might be better asking a mod to move this to the Nintendo forum, you'd get better response there

Copy everything off the card to a folder.
    Format the card.
    Copy everything back onto it.
