    Hi There,

I've been trying to figure out how to block bittorents.

Basically my housemate is using up all my bandwidth with his downloading. How do i fugure out which ports are being used and how do i close them off. I just use my connection for msn and general browsing.

    Thanks In Advance

    T

    PS.. i've a netopia 2247nwg router

Tell him to cap his downloading (in the settings for the client) at no more than half the available bandwidth, (and the same with uploading)

If he's paying for the internet access as well, I don think it would be fair to block his internet access.
