Does anyone know why Midnight Meat Train is not being shown in Cineworld? It was advertised on their website that it would be released on October 31st but there are no listings for it on their website. The cinemas that seem to be showing it are IMC Dun Laoghaire and Santry.

Anyone know why? Really wanted to see this at the cinema and I have an unlimited card so was hoping it would be shown in cineworld.

saw it about a month ago.Isn't half as bad as some reviews are making it out to be.Any one thats a fan of Barker will enjoy it.Apparently , Barker is hoping that it will be a triology as he wants to expand on the characters.

    Expand on the characters?
There isn't a whole lot to work with.

I'd recommend the OP save them self the money and wait for the dvd or something.

I found the film pretty laughable.

    Watched this tonight.

Ive always liked this story and the director is excellent but there were a couple of things that annoyed me.

1-Vinny Jones as the main killer. This role would have been perfect for an unknown actor to cut his teeth on.I mean for fcuks sake, its not like Jones's acting prowess added anything.

2-The CGI.It was excessive and intrusive in alot of scenes IMO.I would love to see a movie like this in the hands of someone like Savini or Nicetero.

Overall it was quite enjoyable.Could have been better but its certainly not the worst book to movie translation Ive seen.
