F1 now in HD ?????

    Can any one use their influence or can we as a group try to encourage the BBC to show F1 in HD. What an awsome visual experience it would be ,does any one have any info or thoughts.HERES WISHING:D

    They are only trialling HD atm according to this link.

    thats not HD

    the company who does the ob trucks for f1 are sislink (now sis live i think) most of there trucks are now HD and provide all the OB trucks for BBC which now have to be in HD...

    the problum with f1 is the on board the car cameras.. i dont think anyone has come up with true HD for them.

    they sold most of there SD cameras during the summer.. fancy bits of kit.. they were all modified for f1 like they had fans in the lenses so they dont mist up in the rain and a few other cool bits...

    cant they just bump up the in car cameras tho so it will do untill they find a salution?

    also it better be 720P...
