    Hi,

My boyf is a pokerdealer in a small-ish casino. I have always been a bit wary of the place as I do not consider it run professionally enough i.e. there have been times when overtime was not paid etc. Just in general it does not seem to be very professional. When I worked in a highstreet clothes shop I felt better protected and it was far more professional. SOrry if im not making sense, I'm just very frustrated.

My boyfs boss is a real a-hole. He continually makes comments and jibes and digs at my boyfriend, tells him he is useless and doesnt work hard enough, just in general makes him feel like sh!t and very wothless. It's making me very angry as I know he is a very hard worker and really works very very hard at his job. I have beenresearching bullying in the workplace and I really want to take some sort of formal action against this guy. I'm really not sure what to do so any advice or anything would be greatly appreciated. I would be happy for him to leave the job and indeed he has been applying all round him but nothing has come up...I'm really bloody frustrated.....and I;m sure he feels 10 times worse :(
    Thanks guys

Does your boyfriend want to take action against the perceived bullying?
