    This, in fact, is clearly not true. There is a period on Tuesday morning, just after breakfast when Irish people wash their face, neck and hands. On recent studies of Irish people it was found the blood-alcohol level is far below the 'Drunk' level, nearer the 'Morning Buzz' level. So, Irish people are not always drunk.
