amended paye certificate

    hi guys, i have recently recived an "amanded PAYE - tax credit certificate"

    at the back of it at the bottom under the employer section it says "hmv irelND LTD" thing is i have never worked for hmv. and there is no mention of my previous employer on it.

    what should i do to find out if its a mistake??
    do you think somebody is using my pps number??

    Hi, just ring 1890 333425 and have the reg number of your actual work place. They sort it out and check how it happened.

    i dont know the reg number of my work place,
    i changed jobs 3 months ago so i think the problem might be with my previous employer and cant get his reg number!!
