If you have only noticed now that it is not there then I don't think you will be upset for too long.

tv3 yeah thats what I must of been thinking about. Cause I was sure I had seen it on an Irish channel not so long ago. Setanta having the rights for Ireland is a crock of **** though because how many people subscribe to it in Ireland? About 20,000?

But yeah, not too bothered as mostly F1 is tediously boring, I just like watching the first few laps. Wouldn't of minded seeing the last race of the season though.

F1 racing is shown on Setanta Ireland which is available on UPC (Chorus/NTL) basic packages, estimated households 300,000. All UPC customers have access to this channel, no setanta subscription needed. UPC Digital 105.

I am surprised TV3 don't show highlights since they part own Setanta.

Why would RTÉ want the rights if people think the same as you do about it?

If you have cable then watch on UTV or Setanta. Have satellite then watch on ITV or Setanta.

I'd have more fun watching paint dry than tuning in to an entire F1 race.

Well, you missed out today Aidric - one of the greatest races of all time. Personally, I was glad when RTE lost the rights as Peter Collins managed to suck any excitement or life out of it.
