From what ive read the eGreat is supposed to be better, there are some good comparison threads if you google.
I couldnt get a final price including shipping for it though...

It depends on what you want to use it for. They are both NMT players but the eGreat has double the RAM and USB slave. PCH will always have the latest firmware first.

Well, it'll be on a (homeplug) network, I want to be able to copy/paste/automate transfer of files. Hooked up to the plasma, playback hidef. I'm assuming the popcorn will handle all this ?

Yes, but the home plugs may be an issue for HD content. Depending on the HD source and the chosen method of streaming (HTTP, SMB or NFS) it may not work without stutter. There are a number of threads on this in the NMT forum. You'll need the fastest home plugs on the market to start with.

I would most probably be installing a hard drive for HD content.

eGreat then - the USB slave feature will make it easier to load HD content onto the internal HD.

That's the benefit of the new MKV and H.264 support from the Haali library. Very impressive isn't it?

Not too shabby. HDMI 1.3a support and always first with firmware upgrades. The A110 is a great piece of kit.

Just an FYI regarding the EGreat EG-M31B NMT:

It is now available with drive pre-installed, wifi option, etc. from www.egreatusa.com .

Currently $35 USD. The boxes ship the same or next day and should be recieved in 6-10 days.

Any more questions like this (price details, etc.) anybody should probably PM me as I am not so familiar with this boards' policies. I would like to not get banned for advertising and be able to keep my account open to answer technical questions, etc..

I very much appreciate your interest, of course. :)
