had a little trouble with a guitar i bought from music store,sent it back(they paid)and when the guitar was returned the problem came back.so i got on and gave out stink,anyway they wanted me to send the guitar back,which was a problem since i got rid of the package,so i suggested i send only the pick guard.that went and arrived yesterday(it was delivered to my neighbour)anyway when i arrived home today she called in and said there was another delivery.i went down to collect it and it was huge,so i brought it home and opened it and there was a jackson guitar inside,brand new.no letter or anything.its not my style of guitar(pointy)but it sounds great,it has a floyd rose on it,which i have never had any dealing with.there is no other name on the guitar except for jackson....mad.

dont know what to do with it,the guitar i had a problem with was a fender,and i think fender make jackson.so is it a way of saying sorry.anyone else had the same experience..............as reguard to pics,i dont know how to do it.

this is it,managed to sort out pics.in relation to it been a present,i would have thought that a small pedal or something like that would have been easier for them.anyway its mine now.as charlton heston says they will have to prize it from my cold dead hands.

Ah they wouldnt give you a free guitar just to say sorry, they'd be out of business a long time ago if they gave away free stuff every time a customer wasnt happy.

Likely some kind of error.

Even though its their mistake, legally you're not entitled to keep it ('unjust enrichment') so if they ask for it back, give it to them. For the same reason, I wouldn't take it out of the box and play/wreck it, at least not for a good while..

But if they don't ask for it back....:pac:

i was really only thinking aloud saying they sent me a free guitar,i had a lot of trouble with 'jens' from music store.i had only opened up the package when i wrote that thread.

thats it,i just got a laugh when it arrived at the door in the big box,i thought all my birthdays arrived at once.but as people say if it sounds too good to be true well then it is.it was signed for by a person on the street,so i am not just going to pretend i never got it.if they come looking for it i will send it back,if not...........
