How do you get a job as a cashier in a bank/financial institution

    I have looked online and can't find anything. I just want a nice happy job as a cashier in a bank/financial insitution but do not know how to go about getting it so if anyone knows please do share!

    Most places are trying to fill vacancies internally as they come up rather than lay people off. You might get a job in collections though, that is expanding right now as people get into arrears.

    well i would not reccomend it as you get a lot of crap from customers especially at the moment but if you really want to- halifax is definetely recruiting on their website & just e-mail HR of all the banks.
