I must have left myself logged in to someonelses PC.
That has nothing at all to do with me. Can this ban be overturned?

Actually, if you look at the post after that one, it's clear that the other user had posted first under your name before they realised it wasn't their account. IP check confirms that.

PM the mod in question and ask them. Lesson - don't leave yourself logged in anywhere

How do I find out which mod banned me? I never recieved a PM about it.
