    Would this be the right place Mods?

    Large, bright spacious Studio,
    It's a 35-40 m², well laid out Studio.

    *Seperate good sized bathroom with bath + shower. seperate toilet.

    *little hallway. lots of room to store things in.

    *cellar space to store bags or whatever. the kitchen area is small but lovely and was plenty for me.

    *The TV is free for some reason (21 channels).

    *so 450 + 100 charges. I then pay 25 pm for electricity too.

    *It's on rue St Bernard, which is a lovely location, close to St Gilles bars, 5 mins to Chatelain, 5-7 mins from Pl Stephanie.

    * Trams 94,97,81 and Metro Louise
