    Hey Guys
I'm looking for some second hand 35mm gear; namely a Olympus OM 1n. I'm wondering where you would recommend looking for it?

Also I have a Canon AE1 program that could do with a service and lub, again where would you go?

If you're planning a trip to Dublin, there's a chap by Portobello that repairs cameras (Still open the last time I passed - Which was about 2 years ago).

Buying second hand, try www.adverts.ie if you don't like eBay - I think an important thing with buying second hand (especially older cameras) is being able to check them out yourself.

your chances of stumbling across an OM1n in a bog standard camera shop are essentially nil; they tend to have a shelf life of days or hours. i know if i was passing by and saw one, i'd probably buy it.
    or, what fajitas said.

Ditto on EBay. I've bought tons and tons of stuff over the last few years, ranging from a couple of euros to 6/700 euros. I've never been dissatisfied. As long as you keep a careful eye on someones feedback you're generally ok. I never ever bought from anyone lower than 99.9% positive feedback.

ffordes.com have 1 or 2 in stock at the moment in their second hand section.

Slightly off topic an OM1N was my first serious SLR many many years ago.

They also have a load of 2's, 3's and 4's in stock.

    Me too!!
I have an OM4Ti but I want a 3 as well. There was a mint one on ebay a couple of months ago which I had a major desire to buy. €1500 was a bit much though!

    I also want an OM 55mm f1.2
