I was on your server before you switched it to HC and it was decent enough, but then you switched it to HC and all was FAIL.

HC does not work properly in the game Tryarch ****ed it up, the map does not show when someone uses the UAV.

It works as intended mate, no minimap but press 'X' to get full map while Recon planes are on.

Ahh I see, then the lack of a HC filter is a terrible ommission on Tryarchs behalf.

I don't think it's a debate from all the above posts. It seems kinda one sided, very much in favour of normal.

No, seriously, softcore in cod:ww is broken. Bolt rifles simply become unusable because the reload time on the rifles is way higher than the health regeneration speed. Results? You can be shooting someone in the head for ever more.....

Yeah, I agree the weapons need to balanced. The bolts are indeed more or less pointless ( untill you get scopes, when all of a sudden they become usable again ) .


Still, since the maps are much better in this game ( i.e. bigger with more routes ) its easy for someone to camp somewhere and take loads of people out in HC. This promotes slow movement by all players on the server then as they move forward slowly, trying to find the guy, and just makes the game increadibly slow and boring. The problem is still there in standard, but at least you have half a chance of taking the guy out if you are quick enough after he begins shooting at you.

Hardcore is just easy mode tbh.
Point-click-dead,atleast in normal mode you need to be able to aim and keep aiming till the guy is dead.
I mean in COD4 in a 30 mins game when i used to play it often id easily get 100 kills with the Deagle,its just ridiculous how easy it is.

Good work Zeroy,they are nice servers and pretty much always full.

no no, the HC in cod:ww doesnt work like on cod4 (thank god). You wont be able to do a cross-the-map-pistol-shoot-wonder, try it.

On HC the only weapon that can achieve a 1 shot-1 kill are the Bolt rifles and even then you need to aim for the Head. In the chest, its 80% damage, not 100%
