This is for joomla 1.5.7, I'm a newbie so be kind :)

Is there a way to strip the html tables from page content? I know there's switches for modules that do this but is there something similiar for components? In particular com_content.

TBH Joomla is a head wrecker. I'm sticking with CMS Made Simple for the time being.
