Build is at internal plaster stage, just had a few days of fairly nasty wind-driven rain against the square bay windows (which contains square bay steel lintel, in case this matters!) and there are drops of water gathering on the bottom of the steel lintel, with damp block just noticeable on top (attached).
Any ideas what could be causing this & what are my options? How do I get into the wall to find the problem. Kango through the plaster & block from the outside, or through the IPB & inner leaf from the inside?

I'm pretty sure this isn't condensation - as the plasterer is working upstairs only (where I can see the condensation) but this window is downstairs.

I'm clueless as to how I can remedy this - any advice is very very welcome...
    Thanks
