Removing Paint Splashes

I'm looking to remove some paint splashes off my floor tiles. They have been there for a while (about a year) and the paint was interior wood and metal one coat satin. Will white spirits get this off or do I need something stronger/different?

You'll need either cellulose thinners/toluene or a small amount of paint stripper. White spirits won't dissolve dried paint.
If you use cellulose thinners, put a little on a rag and rub at the splashes to soften them, leave for a minute then rub again and they should come off. Use a paint scrapper on any larger dots.
If you're using paint stipper, again rub at with a rag dipped in some of the stripper. You'll need to wear gloves and be careful not to splash your skin. It should only take one pass with this stuff.
Oh yeah before you start make sure that the solvents aren't going to damage any selaer that might be on the tiles by testing in an inconspicuous area first.

    Hi Wertz

THanks for the tips. Picked up NitroMors paint and varnish remover in B&Q. Hopefully that will do the trick!
