    I got done for d driving 4 mls over the limit, and the first time the guard did not show, today it was put off till end of jan, I have a job in usa to go to and intend to stay there for the next 10 yrs, I have full visa and all. I dont intend to hang around for a years ban and face losing a good job offer.
    Will I just post in my licence with a guilty plea, get a solicitor to be there for me, tell them I have gone away and just pay the fine, I have a valid us driving licence too ?
