Any support for the SNG forum?

    Hi Guys,

    I am not sure if this type of post is allowed in boards so I will not be upset if deleted or locked.

    Anyhow, remember I wanted a SNG forum and I did not get one :) Since there was support from others I went ahead and created the www.SnGIreland.com forum (http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055369192&highlight=sng+forum)
    There is close to 30 ppl who signed up and at start there was activity, however it has dropped with time and now we are just 5-6 ppl active. I started to give up on it a bit, however few weeks back MILF_heaven joined who put up the standard of the forum and BIGKMICKG stopped by making a post.
    MILF and I had some brief pm contact(who is a really nice guy) and he said basically that he would be around if there was some activity, it was to some extend one of his posts that made me decide to give the forum a last chance to get going. As he said, even if we only get to be a group of 10 active posters and it would work more like a larger study group than a forum it can be a lot of gain for us participating in it.
    And I also feel at this point that for some reason MILF who is proplayer in the forum(who also dont seem to mind joining in the less advanced hand discussion sharing is view and concepts) and BIGMICKG saying he dont mind participating if we get intresting discussion. If you who play sng and were intrested initially are not intrested now in being active on the forum to try to make it work, I dont really see how I will ever get the forum running and admit my defeat.

    If we get more intrest and get the forum running better I am planning to run a freeroll.

    Hi Stoko, I let your last thread about this stay visible (i.e. not deleted) and I'll do the same with this one, because I'm in a good mood, but please don't start anymore, there's literally thousands of Poker forums around the interweb and we can't have them all coming in here trying to pimp their wares.

    So I'll lock this thread, wish you good luck and kindly ask you to keep any future posts like this to the BBV thread (and at that, keep them to the BARE minimum)
