if you check the FAQ sticky you'll get lots of suggestions.

I'll admit that a few of the suggestions in the FAQ are Dublin based, but I just found a store locator on the TK Maxx website which I'll add in there now:

    TK Maxx store locator

For people going on their first skiing/ boarding trip I don't think you can do much better than sourcing whatever you need from the likes of them as they are cheap enough that it should limit the damage done to you finances on something your not yet sure about if you'll enjoy or not. Then get "better" more expensive stuff from other shops once you have a better idea yourself of what you need and want for heading to the mountains.

Keep your peeper peeled for the Aldi & Lidl skiing specials. They usually have them in November. I've seen the stuff - and it's fairly decent, but you'll have to get in early - as it flies off the shelves.

I'd say it would be posted here when the flyers come out.
