he fvkin pulled the usual again. came too early, hampered his own players and in sneaks silvestre early. if he just stayed on the line,he's not a bad keeper.

That's one of the best endings to a game I've ever seen. Absolutely unreal! I was jumping around the living room here. I would never have seen that coming, and everyone from Harry to the players have to take credit for that.

Thats why we follow this great club lads what a result pulled out of the fire, bring on the scousers on saturday :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Excellent stuff, to rob that shower on their own patch is a delight. Really warms the heart. 4-2 and they ****ed it up! Now, if we can get at least a point out of the Liverpool or Man City games then things are looking up.

Mind you, experiencing such a range of emotions in so short a period is bound to have consequences for my health!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 5,677 ✭✭✭staker

Harry's not impressed with his defending.
Disappointed for Hutton, he's been better than that.
Gomez for me is too much of a liability.
Would the real Modric please stand up? That was a great strike.
Bring on the pool, the future's bright.

This is soooo sweet it feels like a win. I hate those gooner b*stards so much see the cockyness of the *****! Half of there fans cleared off before the final whistle :D that'll be a nice surprise for them when they get home!!:D, Had a feeling after jenas's goal that we could nick the draw, beautiful!
Although we played poor for large parts of the game I feel this is our turning point for the season theres a spark there now, the boys will be bouncing into training tomorrow.

Have to agree with this. I haven't been his biggest fan and while I still think he's severly lacking in some areas, he really kept going and I liked seeing him getting stuck in, getting warnings from the ref and getting booked. Not to mention that brilliant goal at the end.

Jeeze it was great to see the spirit in the side tonight, twud give you a great feeling, bently was great and modric is starting to find some form.the only downer was giving away those stupid goals.i was dreading these games coming up but it might not be so bad now.....C O Y S...:):):)

I think the worm has turned lads. Things are starting to look up.

We showed spirit tonight that was lacking for the first 8 games. Those arrogant arseho1es thought they had the game wrapped up at 4-2. They thought wrong.

Maybe they should have put out their ladies team after all. Cnuts.

Just reading a few post's in the soccer forum I noticed comments about ar5ena1 players 'high-fiving' each other with ten minutes to go.

Bearing in mind I had sunk many a pint of black at this stage I did'nt notice this however if I had it would have enraged me to such higher emotions than I was already at that stage.

As it was, I still managed to embarrass myself in what was, predominately, a pub occupied by farmers. However at our equaliser I still somehow managed to overcome any embarassement and perform a forward roll in full view of the bar (a cartweel is slightly beyond me, these days).

    ;)

I must say great result I have been out of sorts about spurs of late, Even beating Bolton last week didn't endeer me to Harry, When the game went too 4-2 I and must admit I turned it off for a few Minutes.

All in all though if Harry can keep the spirit and commitment in the squad as high as it seems to be he'll well have my blessing.

gomes: Just a Liability at this stage surely out number 1 priorty in Jan is a keeper
Jenas: Deserves to take a bow, He's been poor this season and fair play to him
Bently: Great goal seemed to play very well. I've been empressed last two games
Modric: Starting to see it in him now, Un-lucky to hit the post at the end I thought he deserved the goal
Backline:Shakey but TBF they are playing against a team that can knock the ball around well, We NEED to improve on set plays
Pavlachenko(Excuse spelling): I'm not a fan he did ok and seems to be decent in the air. I still think a New Striker if not two is needed in January.
Hud:Great Passes surely he should be ahead of zakora.

All in all i'm delighted with them. Future is looking up, If we can get two points at least out of the next two games we'll be Doing excelent considering we thought we'd be lucky to get a point out of the four games before bolton.

When Song got subbed on he 'high Fived' a few player like the game was over. Have to say I went mental when Lennon scored. :D
'High Fiving' is not professional whether it be the scum or any other team. So I took greater delight :D:D:D:D:D when Spurs levelled. The scoucers in work here are not looking forward to Sat! Strangely I am;);)

Fair play mate, I would like to see a picture of that with you doing a forward roll in your welly boots and high viz jacket - hope you had yer torch for the road home:D

    Cheers John.

The missus was a bit dubious as to how my shirt got so dirty.

No welly boots but hi-viz yes and a built in torch on the mobli for the short walk home in deepest darkest Galway. :D

Same as, nearly walked out of the Bar when we went 4-2 down. But having missed Liverpool's comeback in the CL, I thought I better stick around just in case!
