I want to set up a member get member promotion with a significant prize - value about €10k.

To enter, an existing customer will have to refer a friend to my business. If they buy my product, then the customer who refered them will be entered into the draw. I might enter the new customer into the draw at the same time.

If I limit entry to existing customers only, will I fall foul of gaming and lotteries legislation?
