Server for business

    So I have a business of 50 - 100 pc's general applications business. I need a server ?
    The server should include the following:

    Ø Built in redundancy
    Ø Built in reliability
    Ø Uninterruptible power supply
    Ø Tape backup

    have to think of cost.. 15,000 + within reason .
    Any ideas??
