    Hi Guys,
I purchased a hard drive from elara yesterday and the money has been removed from my a/c and i have received confirmation of payment etc.

But I got an email that the price of what I was buying (was 51 euro) was now 125.84 euro.

I am just wondering where I stand in this situation, am i entitled to the harddrive at the price that was offered to me and at which i purchased the hard drive or will i just get my money back.. theres no way Im paying 125 for that hard drive.

    Any advice3 is GRRREATLY appreciated.
    Thanks
    neil

If this was a genuine misprice they are probably covered by their T&C's. Check their website for this.

If they took the initial amount (€51) from his account, aren't they obliged to fulfill the deal?

A bit rich taking more if it wasn't agreed to...if they have, that is.

The have a forum on boards here
