Vietnam trying to ban small-chested drivers

    The Vietnamese Ministry of Health recently recommended that people whose chests measure fewer than 28 inches would be prohibited from driving motorbikes as would those who are too short or too thin.

    This is like something that would come from Brussels :eek:

    Ireland could try to bring in the the opposite, I.E the Minister for health could try and pass a proposal to ban people that are too large for driving :D
