Proof that Evolution is on the Nocturnals side:

A previously unknown population of vampire moths has been found in Siberia. And in a twist worthy of a Halloween horror movie, entomologists say the bloodsuckers may have evolved from a purely fruit-eating species.

We are the next step of human development, it can no longer be denied

Vampirism is not that uncommon in nature. There may have been a vampiristic species of pterosaur:

Although that may well be a misinterpretation. :(

    Ha! Vampiries 1, Vegetarians 0.

    Vampire dinosaurs?

If anything needs a "No matter what you achieve in life, you will never be as cool as a..." motivational poster that's it.

Also Vampire moths? Do they burn in the light of a 60 watt bulb instead of the sun?

Unfortunately it's much more common in evolutionary terms for animals to change from carnivore to herbivore. then what happens? The carnivores eat the herbivores and the circle of life goes on.

So what your saying is we should eat the vegetarians? :P

Vampire moths sound amazing. I wonder if I could keep one as a pet.

My fellow therianthropes we must destroy the vampire moths before all shapeshifting lifeforms are absorbed into the hemophagic empire.

Less of that! Nocturnal protection act is in place :p

I'm not so worried about protecting nocturnals, as I am about the declining number oif free-range shape-shifters in the world.

Would we be able to offer vampires fruit?

How exactly are shapeshifters covered. I'm pretty sure the endangered species act doesn't cover someone shooting me when I'm out for a run in my other skin

Then hide here :p or vote to close the loop hole-the link to the act is in the charter

Mayhaps I'll just convince one of my friends to pretend I'm their dog, and we're out for a run.
