    Hiya,

I have a MacMini and am running Firefox. Over the last few weeks it has been very slow on the web ( I keep getting that annoying spinning beach ball and pages can take ages to load ). I updated Firefox and cleared out my cache and cookies and its still quite slow. It cant be my broadband connection as I am on the Trinity College network and all the connections in the computer rooms are super fast.

Any ideas of what to do ?

Is it only when you're using the internet? Are you using any extensions in Firefox? Do you have all the latest codecs installed? Are there any particular websites that seem to cause you problems?

Try using Safari. It's a better, faster browser, and if it works, it should isolate your problem.

Do you have much free space on your hard drive? You could also try doing the Apple Hardware Test to check your RAM.
