    Hi all,
Not an entirely free suite of software but I believe the majority of it is open source.
    Has anyone used untangle? http://www.untangle.com/
If so, how have they found it?
As a general question, would anyone think that this would be a good solution for a small to medium sized office in order to provide protection and reporting on their network?
    Thanks,
    Kippy

I installed it a good while ago to check out what its was like, it didnt seem like a fluid suite to me, the interface was pretty horrible. If your looking for something in the line of a small internet gateway, give clarkconnect a try http://www.clarkconnect.com/
there's a free edition that you can give a go.

I have this installed for over a year now, and find it fantastic. No spam, viruses or p0rn websites have existed on our network since I put it in, and we used to get hammered. If you want more on it, feel free to post.
