Solicitor Required

I am looking for a solicitor however it needs to be someone whom I can deal with via email as I am abroad.

Basically looking for some advice on some financial / banking aspects etc.

    Any suggestions?

As for the person that queried how I would pay the solicitor - ever heard of a credit card and that a 'holding fee' can be put against it a bit like when you book into a hotel room and have them process the card?

    Thanks

The vast majority of solicitors now work on email and also will handle most reasonable requests for advice or guidance should a client ask.

I expect a solicitor is unlikely to accept payment by credit card - it would not be the most appropriate form of payment.

Question is - can anyone recommend a solicitor to me that would be more towards the finance side of things?

Also, and I honestly do not know, what would a credit card payment be considered unacceptable? Not all credit card payments are on the basis of credit - some people do keep spare cash in these for ease of payment etc (not always borrowed money)?

A solicitor isn't a retailer and is very unlikely to have the facilities to be able to receive payments by credit card. He would need a machine and a line for installed along with paying the monthly fees for it.

Fair enough. Suppose I can do an online transfer or similar if required. Need to find a solicitor first however.
