    Hi all,

    Firstly I tried searching to get an answer but I'm to all this and couldn't find anything....

    A friend of mine works in retail. He is still on his probationary period, but believes that either they will fire him, or they wont renew his contract at the end of the Probation.

    My question is - if you are fired, are you still entitled to your unused holiday pay etc? He has over 50 hours of Holiday owed.

    Also, do you get your last weeks pay?
