    Hey all

    I've got an interview for promotional work tomorrow and I haven't a clue what to wear! I had to send a photo in with my CV which I thought was a bit strange, but my friend said thats just to make sure you have the right look for them, whatever it may be.. So I'm wondering should I wear a suit or not? Or just go with a more casual thing like a wrap around dress with black tights/shoes. I really want the job!

    I'd say slut it up, if its for one of those jobs where you're giving out free shots/ being a miller light girl.

    If you post a pic we (male population of boards)can tell you whether your hot enough for it.

    Basically what they want is someone good looking with an outgoing personality and someone who doesn't mind getting leered at my drunk idiots*!

    * Me=drunk idiot

    I'd say a suit would be overkill
    Or just go with a more casual thing like a wrap around dress with black tights/shoes.

    I'd say this would be the way to go.

    In the interview the key thing to get accross is your person skills and that you'd be good at approaching people in bars/clubs in a friendly/upbeat manner.

    Thanks a mil, ye I was thinking a suit would be too much, but then I was thinking I don't want to be too casual either..

    The dress I have is casual enough, but I'm guessing it might be more appropriate. Thanks for the tips on the interview too, I've been working in ad sales for the past few years so hoping my lack of face to face exp won't go against me!

    I've done drinks promos before. It's not that hard a gig to get. I'd wear a nice top and black trousers. Which group are you doing it with? Lites? I can't remember the name of the one I used to do the majority of the work for, but they used to tell me to wear lots of make up for the jobs, they like you to look done up.

    Thanks, I'm thinking on wearing a black skirt A line skirt and a smart top. Jeez I'm a bit worried now that they're going to be looking for 'modelly' looking types...:o Ah well sure I guess I'll see tomorrow!

    Fingers crossed and thanks for the advice :)
