Customers will be given a service docket for each item deposited, and advised of the current service time.
NOTE: Due to the volume of equipment to be serviced, the minimum service turnaround time is 3-4 hours.

I think it's restricted to the 'professional' SLRs - 1D, 5D and maybe 30/40/50D

Yeah, as far as I know, it's restricted to "professional" models - 10D, 20D, 30D, 40D, 50D, 5D, and 1D series.

Not sure about lenses though.

Nope, it's free anyway. Canon run these service clinics with ISS twice a year (3 times sometimes).
