Does anyone know where I could get and get fitted a new aluminium case for my Macbook pro, it has a couple of scratches on it and I want to sell it on for a new one.

it's not worth the cost and effort.

sell it with the scratches, if they're not too bad, if they are bad - i would sell it anyway.

You're talking €200 - €300 for each half of the case to start then at least that again in labour for having it fitted.

Or get a cheap-ish coloured plastic case ;)

I am guessing after part, labour and VAT you will be looking at a big bill. Might be better selling it at a discount.

If i were you i would just sell it as it is. How bad are the scratches? Just keep the price low and it'll sell quick
