need a new box? little help needed

    ok here is my story i currently have an amstrad drx550, ive had it since 06. A while ago it started giving trouble first a few channels were saying "no sat signal" then it was having trouble with my card and now it just says
    "no sat signal" all the time.

    -i tried my box + my card in my brothers and it says the same
    -i tried my card in brothers box, perfect (so i know its not the card)

    so i take it i need a new box?? so a couple of questions

    -do i ring sky for a box?
    -will i try my local sky provider?
    -or will i buy a box online if so what do i need to look out for ie brand etc

    Upgrade to Sky + and pay the few quid for upgrade. No extra charges for sky+ functions now.

    Try e-bay.

    is it still 150 plus 50 instalation for an existing coustomer or are there any deals on?

    can i ask for any specfic box or are they all the same??
