W.K.A world amateur champions

    A big congrats to Richard Beale and Rebecca Dillon who won gold in the W.K.A world amateur championships full contact division ! Well done from all the Waterford Kickboxing Association !

    Yeah Richie is having a great year so far ! A good win against the Italian, Great KO against the the Portuguese for the W.K.A European pro-am title and now a gold medal in the W.K.A world c'ships !

    Were there many Irish competing in the Light Contact division this year? Anyone know how they went?

    sorry Tim, I don't know about the light or semi contact ! Gan Teora IKF just sent a team to the full contact !

    The light contact is being held in Florida next week, the full was run seperately this year.

    He could always hit hard, we fought on a team together in Holland in 2004, I got broke up at that :pac: , still we used to have some good scraps together.
