I can't pinpoint my exact reason for writing this... I'll probably figure it out while writing this so thanks in advance.
I’m 17.. 18 in two weeks. I’m in 6th year now. I absolutely hated 5th year and really wanted to move. I guess this year is better.
But basically.. I just feel kinda crap about everything at the moment. I’ve just realised a load of stuff lately. I have one sister.. not close to her, my parents and her always argue so we wouldn’t be a very close family. I have a grand group of friends in school.... not really many outside of school. I don’t really go out that much, none of my friends seem to be bothered. And now that we’re in 6th year, groups are made.

So I really just want to get out and go to college.. but I’ve noticed with alot of my friends.. they’re still going out with their old school friends. I wish I could just move to Galway and start fresh or something. I feel like a complete loser

Sorry this is so scattered, it’s sort of train of thought.

I wish I could just move to Galway and start fresh or something.
Then put Galway as first choice on your CAO form. You are in 6th year - get through this year and you will be starting afresh.

I'm guessing you are from Dublin? Most of us stay up here for college, and I do think we lose out on part of the college experience by staying so close to home.

Oh trust me, I'd love too.

But my mum wants me staying home. My dad wouldn't have a problem with me going.

My older sister has dont **** all, but when I get something good she thinks she should get it too. So any time I get something, they have to somehow justify it.
