    i'v got a dunlop wah, zoom505, ds-1 not really great, dd-6 and a plant wave tuner.

    what i what to know is what would be thebest way to set them up in order

    tuner - wah - ds 1 - 505* - amp
    dd6 in fx loop

    *505 is the odd one out. I don't imagine you use it with other the others, except maybe the wah.

    The order I'd do it would be, Wah, ds-1 , dd-6, tuner.

    Then I'd order the Zoom into the bin ...

    Couldn't agree more, Bye bye Zoom, these units add so much unwanted noise to your signal.
    Tuner at end particularly if it mutes while tuning. Putting the tuner first means that you still may have delays sounding thru your amp while you mute your guitar to tune. Hey, you may just want to do that!!
